30-day returns
You can return your item within 30 days of delivery, as long as it’s unused and in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

How to return
Email support@annachristmas.com with your order number, the reason for the return and, if the item is damaged, a photo. We’ll reply with the return address and instructions. Please don’t send items back to the address on the package, as returns sent there can’t be processed.

Damaged or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we’ll refund you to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships by emailing us. Once shipped, please follow the return steps above.
