Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.

Processing and delivery times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 7–12 business days. Orders placed on Friday afternoon or over the weekend are processed the next business day.

Where orders ship from
Our baskets ship directly from our suppliers’ warehouses China, not from a US warehouse. That’s why delivery takes longer than with local stock. Any customs duties or import taxes, where applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.

Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also follow it on our Track Your Order page.

Delays
During busy periods, delivery can take a little longer. If your order hasn’t arrived within 15 business days, contact us and we’ll look into it.
